Day 1 – Become a natural Leader

Inside Flow Pro teacher Hie Kim shares his secrets to make you a stronger leader. Don’t be a leader only because it is your given role in class. Behave in a way your student want to gravitate towards you. Learn which elements influence your leadership-role and what you need to focus on or purposely leave out in order to maximize your standing in your community.On this day you will learn:

• The elements of leadership in a yoga class
• Soft and Hard approaches to create a strong standing in your class
• How to say you are a good leader without saying “I am a good leader”
• One new Inside Flow via the Inside Flow factory

Day 2: How to teach an Inside Flow Workshop

Day two is all about teaching Inside in a Workshop format. Teaching an Inside Flow workshop is a unique event with unique chances and risks. Yoga Festival proven Inside Flow Pro Teacher Hie Kim will teach you everything you need to know to create a successful Inside Flow Workhshop.

About Hie Kim:

Hie Kim is one of the main teacher trainers of the legendary Inside Yoga Studio. There, he takes the role of the compassionate teacher trainer, that will let you conquer obstacles with knowledge and uncomfortable moments with humor. As yogafestival teaccher and teacher trainer, Hie teaches hundreds of yoga teachers every year and is well known in German speaking Europe and Asia. Hie Kim writes poems, books on yoga specific topics and organises the yunion Yoga Festival in Bad Hofgastein, Austria. Hie’s biggest premise in his Yoga classes is, that the class itself is created in the space between teacher and student. This reactive teaching style called “ECHO SEQUENCING” is an advanced training, that Hie teaches to established Yoga teachers. With a keen sense of methodology and a sensitive mind Hie Kim picks up his students right where they are and takes off to a journey where body, mind and emotions cross roads. Where will the training be hosted?
